All students must have received permission to take traffic school course from their appropriate court PRIOR to registering for this program. By pressing "I agree" button, you agree to enter into the following agreement with www.CityDrivingSchool.net: By registering for this course, I state under the penalty of perjury that I and no other person will read the material in it's entirety and take the chapter, and final exams. I will sign the "perjury" statement on the certificate of completion to validate it. I agree not to tamper with the system in any way it was not designed to operate. I also state that the information I provide such as driver license number and name is true and correct. Furthermore, by accepting these terms and conditions I understand that it may be a felony to falsify in any way documents submitted to the court. I agree that CityDrivingSchool.net may investigate any potential fraud cases and report them to courts and other law enforcement authorities. The fee will not be refunded in cases of suspected fraud. The fraud investigation may delay issuing a certificate of completion. I am aware of the fact that I do not have to pay the fee until the final exam. Once the credit card information is submitted, however, no refunds will be available for any reason with the only exception of duplicate payments. The course basic cost is $59.00. In the counties of Butte, Riverside, Santa Cruz, Napa, Glenn, Tuolumne, and Stanislaus, a surcharge of $5.00 applies to offset the fees paid by CityDrivingSchool.net to CCSI. California residents who received a citation in Alameda, Kern, San Bernardino or San Diego county and want to take the Home Study course, are required to complete their "Final Exam" at an approved and secure location, CityDrivingSchool.net will charge the additional $5 for proctor fee. San Diego and Alameda courts require identity verification at an approved and secure location regardless of the residency. If you court is located in Riverside County, you are required that, after completing the course, you take your final quiz on a third-party website administered by Coordinated Court Services (CCS). (There is no additional charge for this).
CityDrivingSchool.net uses the services of Notary Public, which is available everywhere throughout the US. Upon completion of all chapters, CityDrivingSchool.net has provided a printable "Final Exam" and "Instructions" to meet the court's requirement. Error to select the right court may result in delay in processing, additional fees, and/or your failure to meet the court imposed deadline. CityDrivingSchool.net is not responsible for any delay, caused by this.
CityDrivingSchool.net and its officers shall not be held liable for inability to complete the course due to technical problems on user side. These terms and conditions are subject to change by CityDrivingSchool.net without prior notice.
